Human Arts Studio is happy to welcome our first new creative workshop of 2026 to start off our Art and Creativity Month
this February.
Neurographic Art — Unlock Your Creativity is a free 2‑hour hands-on drawing experience focused on creativity, flow, and the joy of making art without pressure.
Neurographic Art is an intuitive drawing approach that uses simple lines and colors to quiet the mind and open creative pathways. Rather than focusing on technique or results, this workshop invites participants to explore the creative process itself… one line at a time.
The session is designed to be accessible to everyone: artists, musicians, creatives, locals, and anyone curious about new ways of expressing themselves.
No drawing or art experience is needed.
Participants will be guided step by step through a relaxed and welcoming process, and will leave with their own abstract artwork at the end of the workshop.
This workshop is facilitated by Cécile GEREY, an expressive arts facilitator who works with creativity as a lived, embodied experience. Her approach is gentle, human-centered, and rooted in presence rather than performance.
We look forward to sharing this creative moment together at the studio.

ABOUT Cécile
This workshop is facilitated by Cécile, a French expressive arts facilitator currently based in Japan.
Living between cultures, languages, and creative worlds has deeply shaped her approach.
After years of working with art, movement, and embodied practices, she now supports creativity as a lived experience , something that unfolds through the body, sensation, and presence, rather than technique or performance.
Cécile’s work is rooted in the belief that creativity is not something to “learn,” but something we reconnect with when we slow down and allow ourselves to draw, feel, and explore without pressure.
Her sessions are known for being calm, welcoming, and deeply human, creating a space where people can relax, experiment, and express themselves freely, regardless of their background or artistic experience.
This workshop reflects her way of working: simple, intuitive, process-oriented, and open to everyone.
